Luvviebabes is a drop-in
drama group where LGBT people can experience drama for the first time, build on
existing skills, have fun, make new friends, or just try something new and get involved
with The Luvvies.
No previous experience is necessary, and its free!
Luvviebabes is open to anyone over the age of 16.
The Luvvies are offering their second term of LuvvieBabes which
will be work shopping a new piece of creative writing entitled This Year's
Thing.

This Year's Thing
Our resident director, Martin Walker, is currently looking for creative writers
and actors who would like to work shop this exciting project. This Year's Thing
deals with the Stonewall Riot and will involve an Edinburgh twist. The Luvvies ultimately
aim to stage this new work for the Fringe in time for the 40th anniversary of the
riots in 2009.
The work shops will run for an initial period of 5 weeks:
- Wed 12th March 2008
- Wed 19th March 2008
- Wed 26th March 2008
- Wed 2nd April 2008
- Wed 9th April 2008
